Whats a good quick easy nutritious recipe?

chunk up a bunch of root vegetables, like 2 or 3 different kinds of squash, parsnips, carrots and potatoes, but don't use beets, they turn everything pink. also put in some onions and fresh garlic to taste. put in an oven-safe casserole dish. pour over the top, a can or 2 of stewed tomatoes with italian seasoning. cover the dish and bake for a couple of hours, or until done; root veggies take forever to cook. [if you want it done faster, nuke the veggies half done first]. you can put cheese on top, if you want.





my favorite way to serve is with sour cream and croutons on the top. omg, it's good. i usually make this a couple of times a summer.Whats a good quick easy nutritious recipe?
Make a green salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, and cooked chicken slices or some canned tuna. Mix the salad with a light oil and vinegar dressing.Whats a good quick easy nutritious recipe?
Boil a package of ramen noodles in water. Boil some mixed frozen vegetables in the same pot or a different one. Mix up a raw egg with a fork and when the other stuff is done, add the egg and mix everything up. Drain the water off and put the stuff in a bowl. Add a little soy sauce and eat up.





A sliced-up hotdog can be substituted for the egg.
