Anyone have a famous quick pasta sauce recipe for me to make? I have 20 minutes- 30 minutes for food.?

Put some olive oil in a large skillet, add a couple of cloves crushed garlic and about 1 tsp red pepper flakes, cook for 30 seconds. Add 12 oz sliced mushrooms, cook 2-3 minutes. Add 1 -28 oz can diced tomatoes, drained. Add a dash of white wine and 1/2 c heavy cream, stir until heated through. add 1/2 c Parmesan cheese and toss with 1 lb cooked pasta.Anyone have a famous quick pasta sauce recipe for me to make? 1 can of puree-1 can of paste -water equial to puree can /suger 1/2 cup/salt /pepper/spices taste. put in pot cook at high heat at boiling then simmer it take about 20 minutes you must check it and stir at least 3 times .Its a sweet sause you can use less suger if you want .It cuts down on the acid in the sauce.
Saute 1/2 cup of finely chopped onions in butter until they are soft. Add 1/2 cup chopped pancetta (you can substitute chopped raw bacon) Cook until the fat is rendered. Do not let the pancetta get crispy. Add 1 large can off chopped tomatoes and 1 cup of heavy cream. Sit together and let the sauce simmer until the sauce thickens slightly and the chopped tomatoes incorporate well with the heavy cream. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and crushed red pepper. When you add pasta to the sauce, be sure to add some freshly grated parmesan reggiano or romano cheese.
1 lb ground round


1/2 cup chopped onions


1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce


2 cups water


3 cups pasta, i use rotelle


15 ounces ricotta cheese


8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded











1. In large skillet, brown ground beef with onion, drain.


2. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.


3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low.


4. Stir in pasta, cook 12 minutes.


5. Stir in ricotta, cover and cook 5 minutes.


6. Stir in half the mozzarella, sprinkle remaining on top.


7. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes
cook pasta/make saude(cream,garli,chives,salt,pepper+but鈥?u like)mix in crab meat or smoked salmon+little chili(opt.)add pasts=enjoy(less than20mins from fridge2table)
Open the can of tomatoes. Put it in the pan and put on medium heat. Add a bit of salt and pepper and either garlic powder or fresh garlic. Get it cooking...stir and cut up or puree the tomatoes if you don't like lumps. Just before serving add a bit of basil, about 1 teaspoon for each can of tomatoes used. Viola! An Italian dinner!

1 can chicken broth


1/4 t rosemary


1 1/8 basil


a dash Italian season


1 can tomato sauce


bring to slight boil, reduce to simmer


optional 1/2 cup red wine
