INGREDIENTS:
1 (16 ounce) package uncooked elbow macaroni
1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a separate large skillet over medium high heat, saute the ground beef and the onion for 5 to 10 minutes, or until meat is browned and crumbly. Drain thoroughly and leave the meat and onion in the skillet. Pour the two cans of tomato soup into the skillet and stir well to combine.
When noodles are done, drain thoroughly and return noodles to the pot. Add the hamburger mixture from the skillet to the pot. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

INGREDIENTS:
8 hot dog buns
8 hot dogs
1 (15 ounce) can chili
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Tear up the hot dog buns and arrange the pieces in the bottom of the dish evenly. Slice the hot dogs into bite size pieces and layer the pieces over the buns.
Pour the chili over the hot dogs, sprinkle with the chopped onion, then spread some mustard over the chili and the onion. Top off with the cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
12 slices white bread
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (24 ounce) jar vodka marinara sauce

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven's broiler.
Place 6 slices of bread onto a baking sheet. Spread a small handful of the mozzarella cheese over each slice. Top with the remaining 6 slices of bread. Mix together the butter and garlic powder, brush some over the tops of the sandwiches, or spread with the back of a tablespoon. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
Place baking sheet under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes, until golden brown. Remove pan from oven, flip sandwiches, and brush the other sides with butter, and sprinkle with oregano. Return to the broiler, and cook until golden, about 2 minutes.
Cut sandwiches in half diagonally, and serve immediately with vodka sauce on the side for dipping.

Beef Stew
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes 1/4 cup flour1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 1/2 cups beef broth 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1 bay leaf 1 tsp paprika2 potatoes, diced 1 onion, chopped 1 stalk celery, sliced
Directions:
Put meat in stoneware. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over meat and stir to coat. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover cook on Low 10 to 12 hours or on High for 5 to 6 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving.

Put chicken in a crock pot with Cream of Chicken soup or Cream of mushroom soup. Let it cook all day...very easy. And it tastes great.
Tuna Noodle
1 bag wide egg noodles
1/2 c. milk
2 cans mushroom soup
2 cans tuna
1 can peas
2 ounces velveeta cheese
Bring two quarts of water to a boil. Stir in egg noodles. Boil until tender. Romove from heat and add milk, cheese, soup, tuna and peas. Toss all together and return to low heat to warm all through and melt cheese.
It's creamy and good!!!
Tator Tot Casserole
1lb ground beef - cook
1 big can cream mushroom soup
Frozen Tator Tots
Frozen broccoli pieces
Cheese - sliced or shredded
Fry your meat - add soup - mix together
in a baking dish = pour meat mixture - add broccoli - then tator tots, then cover with cheese - bake 400 for about 35 min. Until tator tots are done.
Very good - I always make this for an easy meal and my family loves it.
Southwest skillet: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can Campbell's庐 Condensed Mushroom Soup
1/4 water
1 can (about 14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (about 15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
3/4 cup uncooked Minute庐 White Rice
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips
Directions:
COOK beef with chili powder in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
STIR in soup, water, tomatoes and beans. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. Remove from heat.
STIR in rice. Cover and let stand 5 min. Top with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
Easy Italian Chicken

Cover and cook in microwave on High 8 minutes or until fish just turns opaque throughout and flakes easily when tested with a fork. Oops! I Forgot to Make Dinner Chili
A quick and easy chili dinner.

1 tbsp salt
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 lb lean bacon
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp mustard
1 finely chopped onion
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 chopped tbsp garlic
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tbsp chili powder
1. Look at the clock and see that it is 5:15 p.m. and Husband has to be at a meeting at 6:00p.m.
2. Run to garage storage area to grab 2 cans of pork and beans.
3. Stop at deep freezer for a pound of bacon.
4. Stumble on step into house from garage and drop one can on foot.
5. Yell OUCH!
6. Put frying pan on stove and turn on high heat.
7. Get ketchup, mustard, chopped garlic (if there is any), onion, and bell pepper out of refrigerator.
8. Cut frozen bacon into 1/2 inch wide pieces with kitchen scissors. (must be sharp)
9. Throw into hot pan.
10. Burn hand when grease spatters.
11. Hold hand under cold water.
12. Look for vinegar in pantry.
13. Stir bacon occasionally while chopping onion and bell pepper and holding hand under cold water when it stars hurting again.
14. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper (if you can find one and can chop it before the kids see it) when bacon is almost crispy.
15. Stir occasionally while grabbing cocoa powder, chili powder, garlic powder (if there wasn't any chopped in the fridge) and salt from cupboard.
16. Look for vinegar in cupboard.
17. Welcome husband home as he enters kitchen and hits head on open cupboard door.
18. Kiss husband's owie and tell him ';Now it will feel better';.
19. Open cans of pork and beans while calling children to come and set the table.
20. Dump beans into pan and stir together and turn down heat to barely on.
21. Add spices to taste.

2 tablespoons Asian fish sauce
2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 beef top round steak, 3/4 inch thick (about 1 pound)
2 limes
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
2 bunches watercress, tough stems discarded
1 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
1 bunch radishes, each cut in half and thinly sliced
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1. In 8- or 9-inch square glass baking dish, stir 1 tablespoon fish sauce and 1 teaspoon sugar. Add steak, turning to coat; marinate 15 minutes at room temperature or 1 hour in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
2. Prepare charcoal fire or preheat gas grill for covered direct grilling over medium heat.
3. Meanwhile, from limes, with vegetable peeler, remove peel in 2'; by 3/4'; strips. With sharp knife, cut enough peel crosswise into matchstick-thin strips to equal 1 tablespoon. Squeeze limes to equal 3 tablespoons juice. In small bowl, whisk lime juice, oil, crushed red pepper, black pepper, and remaining 1 tablespoon fish sauce and 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar until blended.
4. In large bowl, toss watercress, mint, cilantro, radishes, onion, and lime peel; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
5. Place steak on hot grill rack. Cover grill and cook steak 10 to 15 minutes for medium-rare or until desired doneness, turning over once. Transfer steak to cutting board; let stand 10 minutes to set juices for easier slicing. Cut steak diagonally into thin strips.
6. Add steak and dressing to watercress mixture and toss until well coated.
