What's your best tasting recipe that's quick and easy?

It is not my best, but it is easy and really delicous.

Chicken Mignon

4 boneless chicken breasts

4 slices of bacon

1 can of cream of chicken soup (you can use mushroom also)

1/4 c sour cream

Wrap each chicken breast with one slice of bacon. Put in a pan and saute until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken to a plate. In the same pan you just cooked the chicken add the soup and cook and stir scraping the bottom of pan. If you have to add a little milk go ahead. Then add the sour cream. Once it is heated and mixed well, add back in the chicken breasts, spooning the sauce over each one. Cover and let simmer about 5 mins. I serve over rice or pasta. I have used turkey bacon, 98%ff soup and light sour cream and it is just as delicious!!What's your best tasting recipe that's quick and easy?

SWEET BABY RAY'S BBQ BABY RACK RIBS

22 1/2 inch Weber grill

Grease pan

10 lb. bag charcoal

8 oz. apple, cherry or hickory chips soaked in water

Rib rack

4 slabs baby back ribs, 1 1/2 lbs., down

16 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce

Salt

Fresh ground pepper

Onion salt

Basting brush

Cooking time: 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

Put 52 coals in center of grill and burn for 30 minutes. Then put 26 coals on each side and put grease pan in middle of grill basin. Season both sides of skinned ribs generously with salt, pepper and onion salt. Stand ribs on rib rack in center of grill and cook for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, rotate ribs, inside to outside, and from top to bottom.

Add soaked wood chips and six charcoal briquettes to each side of coals. After 30 minutes, rotate ribs again. Check ribs every 15 minutes and rotate when necessary. Ribs are cooked when you can penetrate them easily with a fork (about 2 hours). When ribs are tender, remove them from rack and place the ribs upside down in center of grill.

Generously brush Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce on ribs and place ribs side by side, 2 high, in center of grill. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Turn ribs over, apply sauce to top of ribs and cook another 10 minutes. Then serve and enjoy!
shredded pork in the crock pot. Not really fast when you have to wait for it to cook 8 hours. BUT very easy. Just throw a pork shoulder in the crock pot with a can of beer (yes beer) mixed with h20 until it is covered. Cut up an onion put half of it under, 1/2 of it over. Let cook overnight (that's why it COULD be condsidered fast if you prepare the meat the night before). Then in the a.m. take meat out of liquid, drain all but 1/4, cool, shred by hand, put back in the crock iwth the 1/4 liquid, and add one container of your fave. bbq sauce. stir and serve. fyi- keep the crock on low. also keep r the bbq mixture on low until you serve to let hte meat soak it all up. It will be runny if you don't .
for???? breakfast? dinner? snack? side dish? desert?

well here goes... Sweet %26amp; Sour meatballs:

Buy pre-packaged meatballs. Defrost in a bowl. In measuring cup combine BBQ sauce (bottle) and maple syrup (1/3) (taste to your liking) ; mix. If time permits, let sit for anywhere from an hour or overnight. If not, place in oven at 350 for 20 minutes and TEST! Adjust cooking times accordingly.

For h'oeuvres, serve with toothpick.

For meal: serve over instant rice
