Easy, Quick, Clean Dinner recipes?

Im just a 14 year old girl and i love cooking:)


and i do most of the work around the house


because my parents stay at our store until


about 7 or 8


and they work ALL day like starting from 6


so when they are back they are sooo tired and


sometimes even too tired to cook.


and i know some recipes but not alot.


so i would like to know easy dinner recipes


preferably under 50 minutes


that taste clean and have ingrediants i can easily find.

Easy and Yummy Ground Beef Stroganoff (serves 4)


1 lb ground beef


1/2 c onion


1/2 t salt


1/2 t ground pepper


1 sm can mushrooms (or 1 C sliced fresh mushrooms)


1 can cream of mushroom soup


2 C sour cream





(also have white rice or pasta cook to serve w stroganoff)





Crumble the ground beef and add chopped onions in a frying pan. Cook over medium heat unil meat is browned and onions are soft. Add salt and pepper. Add mushrooms (if using fresh mushrooms cook until they are soft). Next add 1 can soup and cook for 5 min on medium. Just before serving add the sour cream and heat until throughly warmed. Serve over white rice or cooked egg noodles. (Add a green salad and you are all set.)

Delicious Swiss Chicken Bake (really good and an easy dish)





4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken breasts (medium size)


1 Can Cream of Chicken soup


1/4 to 1/2 Cup white wine (or you may also use chicken broth)


4 slices of Swiss cheese (more if you are a cheese lover)


1 1/2 C Crushed seasoned croutons (or any bread crumbs should do.)


1/2 C Butter (melted)





Rinse chicken breasts and dry w paper towel. Then place in a baking dish that has been sprayed w PAM.


Lay Swiss cheese over the chicken.


Mix wine with can of soup and then pour over chicken.


Spread crushed croutons (or bread crumbs) over the top of the soup. Melt butter and pour over the bread crumbs.


Bake at 350 degrees F for about 40-45 minutes.





Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and a vegetable.....or salad...or whatever you please.

There are A LOT of cool cook books out there. I have seen one called three ingredients, or something like that. Go to your local book store and look through some of them.


When I was your age I loved cookbooks and would get them for my Birthday and Christmas and read them all and experiment with what I had.


You don't need a lot to make a great meal or a lot of money.


Think basic. Meat, veggies, herbs, oils, vinagers.
what a sweet girl you are!! your parents should be super proud :)

sign up for kraft foods and there you could find lots of simple recipes and the will give you a list of all the ingredients to buy!
