Husband's Delight:

10 ounces egg noodles

1 and 1/2 pounds hamburger

1 [14.5] ounce can of peeled and diced tomatoes with juice

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons catsup

1 and 1/2 cups sour cream

1/2 onion, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Brown the hamburger and onions, Add the tomatoes and catsup, simmer for 10 minutes. Boil the noodles until al-dente, drain. Room temp the cream cheese and sour cream , cut them together with a mixer.

Layer in 13x9 glass dish: the noodles, the hamburger mix, the cream cheese/sour cream mix, the cheddar cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes. The noodles finish cooking and absorb some of the liquid from the meat mix. Call this one boyfriend delight if you want to! It's got a lot of calories, but it is easy, different, and good.
An hour go with pasta and garlic bread and salad
Make an omelet. For each one put two large eggs in a sandwich bag. Add cheese, ham, green peppers, etc. Close each bag and place them in boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. Take the bags out of the water and place the omelets on each plate with toast and jelly.

You should go to www.foodnetwork.com and look for Rachel Rays recipes they all take about 30 minutes
