two packs cream cheese, softened

1 pack dried beef chopped into small pieces

1 bunch green onions, chopped into small pieces

1 t horseradish

1 t worcestershire

dash of garlic powder and salt

mix, form into ball or leave in bowl.

serve with crackers- rosemary and olive oil triscuits are best or the new cracked pepper triscuits are awesome also
ok heres a different but really good recipe. cut your cheese (mammoth cheddar works well) and meat (try hard salami, sliced) into a cube approx. 1 inch by 1 inch. if you want cream cheese in there too put it inbetween every couple of layers. then slice off the corners of the cube until it resembles a sphere. enjoy!
Here's the recipe, this is a good one and very easy! Very tasty!
