Can anybody name any quick healthy breakfast recipe's ?

Usually when I go to school I am running outside with a bagel or waffle in my hand trying not to get late for school. If anyone has any quick breakfast to-go recipe's feel free to share! :)Can anybody name any quick healthy breakfast recipe's ?
fake french toast


2 eggs


1 TBS water


1 pkt Splenda


dash of cinnamon





Beat the eggs (by hand is fine) in a small bowl. Add the rest and beat some more. Spray a small fry pan with your favorite spray. Heat on medium high until a drop of water would sizzle. Pour eggs into pan and cover. Cook until set. (Covering the pan makes this light and fluffy.)

I had the same problem. I started eating breakfast the minute I wake up so I don't have to stress about food. Than I can do my make-up in the car while at a stoplight or something.





1 Minute oatmeal with blueberry's and a bit of honey.





Scrambled egg whites (Use the egg beaters) with a slice of toast. Only takes a few minutes to cook.





You could get a sealing container so you can pour you're breakfast into to take with you.
Toast a bagel and add 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1/2 banana, sliced. Or try a smoothie made with yogurt, protein powder and fruit. Finally, on a weekend make muffins and freeze. Pull one out the night before and it will be thawed by the next morning.

scramble some eggs at night put in the frig . in the morning heat it up in the microwave put in a burrito shell add whatever you want to it. good on the run breakfast
