I need a quick simple recipe for lemon chicken, that doesnt have a lot of ingredence?

Here are a few I use....





LEMON CHICKEN....


Ingredients


6 chicken thighs or breast


3 tablespoons lemon juice


2 tablespoons honey


1 tablespoon olive oil


3 garlic cloves, minced


2 teaspoons dried oregano





DIRECTIONS


Place the chicken in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Combine the lemon juice, honey, oil, garlic and oregano; pour over chicken.


Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 180 degrees F and chicken juices run clear, basting occasionally with pan juices.





GRILLED LEMON CHICKEN....


Ingredients....


1/3 cup lemon juice


1/4 cup olive oil


1 tablespoon Dijon mustard


2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped


2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves





DIRECTIONS


In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, red bell pepper, salt, and pepper. Set aside 1/4 cup of the mixture to use for basting. Place chicken in the bowl, and marinate at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator.


Preheat grill for high heat.


Lightly oil grill grate. Drain and discard marinade from the bowl, and place chicken on the grill. Cook 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade.





BAKED LEMON CHICKEN


Ingredients....


3 tablespoons butter, melted


2 tablespoons lemon juice


1 garlic clove, minced


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon pepper


1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs


4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves





DIRECTIONS


In a shallow dish, combine the butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Place bread crumbs in another dish. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then coat with crumbs.


Place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Drizzle with remaining butter mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear.





LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN


Ingredients...


3 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth


5 1/2 cups uncooked white rice


1 tablespoon paprika


2 teaspoons lemon pepper


4 bone-in chicken breast halves, with skin





DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).


Pour chicken broth into a 2 quart casserole dish. Fill cans with rice (approximately 5 1/2 cups), and stir into broth. Season with paprika and lemon pepper to taste. Place chicken breasts on top of rice mixture, and sprinkle with more paprika and lemon pepper to taste.


Cover, and bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until rice is cooked through and chicken is no longer pink inside. Serve immediately.

Mix together: 1 T kosher salt, 1 tsp fresh ground pepper, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1/2 tsp rubbed sage, 1/2 tsp chopped rosemary, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 T lemon zest.





Rub skin of chicken liberally with the mixture. Open your favorite beer and pour half into the bottom of a roasting pan. To the remaining beer in the can add 4 cloves garlic, the juice of one lemon, lemon peel, and rosemary. Place chicken on top of beer can and place in 375 degree oven. Baste with a mixture of lemon juice, melted butter, and a splash of white wine. Cook for approximately 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. 15-Minute Garlic Lemon Chicken





Ing:


* 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves


* 4 teaspoons flour


* salt and pepper


* 2 teaspoons oil


* 1/2 cup chicken broth


* 1 teaspoon minced garlic


* 2 teaspoons lemon juice


* 1 teaspoon butter





Dir:


1. Flatten chicken slightly. Dust with flour. Salt and pepper chicken.


2. Fry in hot oil 5 minutes each side. Remove chicken from pan.


3. To pan add broth, garlic, lemon juice and butter. Cook 2 minutes. Pour over chicken.
Do you have lemon pepper seasoning? If not, marinade the chicken in lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, %26amp; pepper for 30 minutes, grill or bake. Should work out fantastic.
